• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of laws
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Resource-intensive activities that impact server performance
• Activities that violate the rights of others

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected hosting plan
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices may be subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment is not received within the grace period
• Your account poses a security risk
• Illegal activities are detected

9. Limitation of Liability

LogIQ Curve FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
